Kielbasa Rotini Supper

A simple and delicious pasta meal that kids love - great for weeknights. Add it to your Dinner List!

Serves: 8 servings
  • 1 package (14 oz.) kielbasa
  • 1 box (16 oz.) rotini pasta, cooked & drained according to package directions
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • ½ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  1. Slice kielbasa into bite sized pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, sautee the kielbasa until browned. Remove from pan with slotted spoon.
  3. Add carrots and broccoli to pan and sautee in pan drippings until heated through.
  4. Return kielbasa to skillet and stir to combine.
  5. Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss.
  6. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese before serving.
  7. Enjoy!
I usually slice up fresh peeled, baby carrots for this recipe because we always have them on hand for snacking and my kids prefer the texture over frozen. Feel free to use what you like!
